Arroceria Maribel in El Palmar (Albufera Natural Park in Valencia) is a restaurant specializing in rice and paellas. Our cuisine is based on the quality of the local product and offers a unique interpretation of modern Valencian cuisine according to the vision of our chef Maria Jose Estevens. Our cuisine is sustainable, Mediterranean, prepared daily and with a clear commitment to traditional recipes of Valencian gastronomy that we update in our own way with avant-garde techniques and with slight fusions of international dishes, but above all the quality product is the great protagonist and of course, our rice dishes are benchmarks in Valencia.
