Esclapio's Story began in 1969, where the Founder Tanios Ghanem had the urge to find a place to meet with his friends and family around a good Lebanese food with a glass of Arak and a great view. The idea started that year and continued with his two sons Nabil and Wadih. His Wife Janet is the one that was taking care of the taste, and she tried to keep the same taste in all the Mezza that she makes.
