I was introduced to Gluten-Free Quinoa (keen-wa) It's not a grain, it's a seed! And my husband loved me so much, that he created recipes for meals that combined quinoa into my diet. My favorite 'gluten' breakfast was granola over yogurt. (hello fat bomb!) So, after several recipes, a superfood breakfast was born- QUINOA BITES! Packed with so many vitamins, including calcium, vitamin B's and iron and loaded with protein and fiber. It truly is a super food. Great for irregularity, diabetics and people that suffer from celiac's disease.
