La Parrillada Restaurant opened its doors in the city of Cuenca on July 3, 2003 after Freddy Delgado and his wife decided to create the perfect place combining a cozy atmosphere to enjoy the best barbecue. In almost sixteen years of experience, La Parrillada Restaurant has focused on offering its meat specialty to the public, becoming the pioneer in special courts in the city of Cuenca. Among its specialties in beef and pork cuts we have: Beef Cattle prod Chorizo steak T-Bone Steak Rib Steak Pork Baby ribs La Parrillada Restaurant has also distinguished itself by its careful attention to every detail such as the way in which cattle are raised, the age of the animal that does not have to go beyond 24 months to be slaughtered and the preparation of the cuts of meat ranging from the vacuum seal to the grill.
