Caddebostan SAHAN, founded in 1970 as a small restaurant in Caddebostan, opened its first branch in 1984 by its current owner Tahir Tekin Öztan. SAHAN Restaurant chain, a chain of young entrepreneurs, masters and family learned from the craft, innovative and creative ideas as a result of the result. FIELD was in the food and beverage industry practitioners, the first of many innovations in Turkey. In his 40-year history, SAHAN carried out many breakthroughs that seemed ordinary today but were the first for the period they were implemented. The use of the dishwasher in restaurants, photocell taps, automatic doors, motor vehicles and package service are just a few of these innovations .
