Pizzeria E Cucina, a favourite of locals since 2006. We pride ourselves in serving quality food to our patrons. We have the traditional wood-fired pizza oven in our kitchen. We endeavour to produce our pizzas in the Napoletana tradition. We use only quality ingredients like Italian tomatoes, Italian mozzarella di buffala (buffalo milk mozzeralla), fior di latte ( cow milk mozzarella), Italian Pizza flour and a selection of fresh local produce and quality imported products to provide an authentic Neapolitan pizza experience. Our Pizza dough is made only with flour, yeast, salt and water and is rolled out and shaped by hands. Our wood burning oven gets fired up to whooping 400 degrees. These are the age old techniques that Napolitan and Sicilian masters used to create a truly authentic pizza.
