IN 1991 Mr. Antoine Samaha opened DELI QUEEN ,( Charcuterie, Fromagerie, traiteur). It was the first catering in Lebanon and the first who made Delivery. In 2005, He opened ZEVS Greek Taverna. In 2010 he opened BAB Sursock.So in one word: The company has changed the concept but kept loyal to its clients.
