Quyyu Hanimeli Hamza BİRİNCİ, the founder of our company, started his life adventure in 1959 in Istanbul. After running family tea gardens and outdoor cinema halls, he met his prospective wife, Zeynep BİRİNCİ, who made important contributions to the establishment of Hanımeli Restaurant and they soon unite their lives ... After carrying out similar works for a while, Hamza BİRİNCİ settles in Karaburun village which is a small settlement near the black sea. In Karaburun and around, realized that there is not a place where people can enjoy fish in a comfortable and peaceful place, the FIRST pair opens the "Honeycomb Fish Restaurant" in 1994 with its current name. Today's management and administration of the company is carried out by Selçuk BİRİNCİ and Barış BİRİNCİ in 2003 due to the discomforts of his father and mother Zeynep BİRİNCİ.
