Offering a boutique service on the promenade, Hisar Balik Cooker can serve 16 people in 50 halls in the garden at the same time. With the wire grill cooking system, which has been in use since 1976, Hisar Fish Cooker continues to offer tastes like the first day. In addition to spicy shrimp, scalloped sea bass and red mullet grilled, the first sea cowpea, tongue stick and gummy custard, Hisar Fish Cooker has been presented to our esteemed guests.
