In the MoreFish project we managed to combine a fish shop and a small cozy cafe under one roof. “MoreFish” is a fish-themed restaurant-shop, in the field of serving guests an absolutely new format for Belarus, which is now gaining popularity all over the world. The format (fast-casual) fast casual is a mixture of fast food and a democratic restaurant. Fast food combines fast service with fast food, and reusable dishes and a stylish interior with a democratic restaurant. The fast-casual menu is limited, but still more varied than the fast-food menu. We have an individual approach to guests.
