Dolly Gomez started in the pastry business in 1974, making cakes for her family's birthdays and special occasions. As it obtained such a delicious result, orders for cakes began to arise within relatives as well as friends, thus opening a small market. Little by little, its clientele grew to become the company it is today, which consists of a qualified workforce and a diversity of work areas, generating stable and quality employment opportunities. It currently has 7 points of sale that are: the Central House, the Dolly Novias and Quinceaneras Branch, and 5 more branches strategically located in the urban area of the city of Santa Cruz. The goal is to continue growing the company, locating branches in different parts of the city and the country in order to be close to customers and friends, guaranteeing more than quality, but a commitment that entails excellent service and fulfills their expectations and needs.
