LUKA ice cream and cakes is a new confectionery in the center of Split. All desserts, cakes and ice creams we offer are prepared in the traditional way from fresh and carefully selected ingredients. In an effort to produce the highest quality ice cream, our pastry chefs use real fruit every morning, avoiding additional sweeteners and artificial colors. Cold is our only preservative. In addition to being pleasantly surprised by the natural, pastel color of Luke’s pistachio, many of you will be brought back to childhood by the seductive taste of rum combined with nuts.
