Ulku Pastanesi, which has not compromised its taste for 50 years, continues to welcome its customers with its new branch and unique recipes. Ulku Patisserie, whose story goes back to 1967, begins with the wife of Numan Buyukyanbolu, who produces raisin cookies for chestnut sugar and circumcision weddings in a 15 m2 workshop. The flavor journey, which started under the iptidai conditions of the day, still continues today despite all the difficulties. In both the production and the bakery where sales are unique tastes are discovered by trial and error. No changes are made to the recipes created as a result of their experience, so the flavor standard does not change since the day of the bakery. Our experience with our new branch opened in October 2012 in Nilufer is continuing to bring our experiences we have accumulated for years at Ulku Patisserie. All the raw materials and machines used in the small shop in Nalbantoglu were provided for Nilufer branch. Thus, the same tastes were provided in both branches. In addition to our legendary flavors, we continue to increase our product variety day by day by adding to today's flavors.
