The CEDILHA bar and restaurant is located on the ground floor of JANEIRO. Open to the public, the space that accommodates up to 40 people is airy and overlooks the sea. The concept was created by Caetana Metsavaht, and the menu was developed in partnership with chef Morena Leite. The menu was inspired by caiçara cuisine, healthy and cozy, using ingredients from the land and the sea, and the freshest in the region. All this, together with Morena's seasoning, brings a lot of Brazilianness to all dishes.
