Ten years ago, Maní was born, named after an indigenous goddess and focused on a product kitchen, which prioritizes organic cultivation whenever possible. Chefs Helena Rizzo and Daniel Redondo propose contemporary cuisine, based on memories, dreams and everyday life. Among several awards over the years, Maní joined in 2011 the disputed ranking of the 100 best restaurants in the world, prepared by the British magazine Restaurant Magazine, and remained in 2012, with an even more privileged position.
