On January 4, 2005 we won the contest to build a restaurant at the La Moneda Cultural Center. They put many obstacles in their way, but the strength of a conviction has won. The conviction that the civic center of Santiago lives, that it is a wonderful, urban, dynamic, historical, cultural space. With the experience and rigor of Cuerovaca, on October 20, 2008 Civico was opened: cafeteria, bar and restaurant. We have obsessively taken care of every detail of architecture, furniture, music and, most importantly, gastronomy and service. I invite you to meet us.
