POBOYS, was born from Mama Roux and the effort of Chef Vassilis Sporos and owner John Higgins to get to know the authentic Southern BBQ and the smoked Low and Slow meats to the Athenian public. The concept made its first appearance at the Christmas Food Market in Kotzia Square in 2016 and since then it has won every street food festival that participated, along with the hearts of the people. Flavors from the American South, traditional New York recipes and the authentic smoked BBQ will of course be!
