BT- Texas Cheese Massacre The original pioneer in Rotterdam and still one of a kind when it comes to homemade veggie, vegan and organic beef burgers. We match our burgers with a unique myriad of sauces and flavours; from traditional with a twist, to borderline experimental. Besides tasty burgers, we serve healthy soups and salads as well as delicious pies. We use fresh ingredients and supplier local suppliers & sustainable brands. Our milk, eggs and meat are always from organic sources. Each month our chefs introduce several specials, keeping our menu dynamic and stimulating your curiosity and appetite. Burgertrut is a part of deviant Rotterdam art-platform Roodkapje and our profits suppliers their art program. Roodkapje has been presenting young talent and unconventional art since 2001. From exhibitions, to indie-bands, experimental performance art, lectures, film nights & club nights.
