Lumee is Bahraini slang for lemons and limes… and it is directly related to the food which is flavour-packed, fresh and zesty. We’re devoted to capture the essence of Middle Eastern street food in a café\deli contemporary setting. Exciting flavours from Bahrain and the Gulf as well as the region (the Levant/ Egypt/ Turkey/ Iran..) are gathered creatively with classics like ‘hommos’ and ‘Bahraini tikka lumee’ and signature dishes like the ‘Spicy Mattai Salad’, ‘Quinoa Kubbe’ and ‘Pita Toasties’.
