Karabekir Ozsaray Iskender, who started to operate in Kadikoy with his three brothers in 1976 as a small restaurant in Derince district of Izmit, opened the same flavor in 1990 in Çankiri Center by giving its name to the taste. In order to appeal to a wide vision, we have been enjoying our taste and taste in Istanbul Ümraniye in 1999. After a while, we started to serve by adding a new one to our branches in the Ümraniye State Hospital.
