wabi-nabi – is the restaurant, which name comes from wabi-sabi, standing for japanese aesthetic term that is simplicity and refinement and a word nabigēshon which is navigation. These two words combined together, should symbolise finding meanings even in the simpliest things. Wabi Navi Restaurant was opened in June 2017 by three Japanese acquaintances and is a place where you can find not only japanese taste but also japanese atmosphere. We specialise at traditional rāmen soup, usually prepared on beef, pork, poultry or fish broth base, with the rāmen pasta (from which the name stems) and served with various additions. Our pasta is 100% home- and handmade. In our restaurant you can also try otsumami that are the best company for alcoholic beverages. For the very first time in a long time, you can find Japan in Torun Old Town. Therefore, we want to you to try genuine japanese atmosphere hidden among flavours of our dishes
