The idea of creation of the Japanese restaurant was conceived in 1994 in Japan in the process of business negotiation with Mr. Kodgy Morimoto. The Japanese manages Mr.Takariho Nakano and Mrs.Umiko Nakano were invited to Odessa to select and train the personnel. Under the guidance of chief-cook Mr.Hisashi Mitsudaira our cooks mastered the art of cooking of the Japanese dishes. "Kobe" – the first restaurant of Japanese cuisine in Ukraine was opened on November 10, 1995 in Odessa. The pledge of success of the restaurant is harmony and professionalism of its personnel. Having worked from the very foundation, the cooks have got training and continue to perfect their skills in culinary schools of Japan. “Kobe" has gained individuality following the main conceptions: - the cuisine must be honest, - to the restaurant – really professional and really Japanese. We select only fresh fish and seafood, carrying of our guests for whom the quality is priority. Every visitor of the “Kobe” restaurant can taste the dishes of the healthiest cuisine of the world. We are grateful to our Japanese friends-partners for help in creating part of Japan in the heart of Odessa.
