Inspired by the great bars of Europe, Bar One is one of Perth's best - opening at 7am for breakfast, serving great coffee all day, antipasti and homemade pasta at lunch and in the evening, a stylish menu based around dishes to share. The wine list is a comprehensive range of local and international varietals, augmented by a contemporary cocktail list and a complete range of beer and spirits. Bar One was opened in 2003, with a desire to provide a unique bar and restaurant that encompassed all day dining, from a casual drink or a meal, or a more complete dining experience. Since this date Bar One has held firm as a favourite to Perth's shopper's, local residence and business people alike.
