We borrowed the word "egalité" from French, and in translation it means equality, equilibrium, or, if you will, evenness. The "V" itself in the name then just underscores the orientation of our "vege" of the brewhouse. Vegalite (read: vegalite) the restaurant has been operating since 2009 and is focused on vegan and vegetarian cuisine with gluten-free options. The restaurant as such has been officially appreciated several times for its quality and concept. We brew four of our own beers, but we also make beers from other domestic microbreweries. From the beginning in our evenings, hundreds of bands regularly play independent D.I.Y. scenes from all over the world.
