Living and working in London I've had the pleasure of eating at establishments owned and run by the likes of Ramsey , Oliver , Blumenthal , Wearing and Marco Pierre White. If they had half your talent and your age they would be even better than they are today. My partner and I ate recently at your establishment and we were genuinely impressed.. The staff were attentive and courteous. Your food was excellent.
