Lounge-Cafe PAR is a restaurant project where everything that a good rest is so valuable is collected with special attention: comfort, delicious food, fragrant tea and, of course, excellent service. The restaurant's menu consists of delicacies of European, Russian and Oriental cuisine. We use modern technology sous view. Products are cooked at low temperature in vacuum packaging. So they contain more nutrients. In the dessert menu you can find flaxseed ice cream with cornflower honey and homemade baklava. When compiling the tea card, national traditions of serving were taken into account. For example, Russian herbal teas from meadowsweet or willow-tea are served in a samovar with a Gzhel service, and puers and oolongs are on the board for the shepherd ceremonies.
