Teahouses have long been a place of relaxation, where people found peace and quiet at heart with a cup of tea. One of the first teahouses was Japanese bamboo houses, whose architecture drew inspiration from the humble dwellings of farmers. Here, this delicious drink was not served in sumptuous porcelain sets or in ivory and gold. The tea was served here in modest containers made of wood, bamboo and clay. There were several basic ideas associated with the tea ceremony: meditation, self-discipline, the ability to concentrate, and creating a new perspective on life and art. Our tea house tries to preserve as much of this original tradition as possible. Modestly equipped tea room interior, traditional tea service, peace and quiet in the middle of the city. A place where one can come at any time to rest and meditate over a cup of tea.
