The small coffee roastery was started in 2005. In the spring of 2006, the café of the same name opened with a vision of developing coffee drinking in Sweden. Both the environment and the way to drink coffee are for many a sacred moment that we hope to make even more fun, better, tastier and more enjoyable. Although the heart is always in Malmö, our commitment now extends far beyond Sweden's borders. We work continuously with some of the world's leading coffee experts and are constantly searching for the best coffee beans from the best plantations, all to develop our coffee and our coffee culture. In addition to running the roastery and café in Malmö, we have created international courses for coffee roasters and also participated in writing the rules for the World Cup in coffee roasting
