DWELL RESTAURANT Our main restaurant, named after the enlargement of the building, has full-length glass windows overlooking the Posh grounds of Uppsala mous and the famous UKK. It’s the setting for our sumptuous buffets, where you can choose from delectable displays decorated with amazing pastry or sugar sculptures. There is always something going on at our chef action stations, from waffles and omelettes at breakfast to hot prawns or kebabs on our theme nights. BREAKFAST There’s no better way to start the day than by exploring our extensive buffet breakfast, starting with daily-changing fruits and juices, cereals, breads and cold cuts. Waffles, string hoppers and omelettes are cooked to order, or you can choose from sausages, scrambled egg, grilled bacon and other hot options. If you’d like to try a traditional Sri Lankan breakfast, you can sample milk rice or pittu, served up with fish and chicken curries, dahl, green gram and grated coconut. Breakfast is served 7-9.30am. LUNCH At lunchtime our buffet again spans the globe, offering the best from east and west. Lunch is served 10:00-2.00pm. DINNER On our popular theme nights our chefs really DO THEIR JOB, bringing you fantastic SRILANKAN TRADITIONAL FOOD from the East West ,Deep south and North of Sri Lanka.. And then there’s our famous GAME KADE with village etmosphere.(LIMITED NUMBERS) To go with this there is always a wide selection of sophisticated salads, canapés and home-made breads. But make sure you save room for dessert – our beautifully presented puddings, gateaux and ice creams are the perfect way to finish the evening. Dinner is served 5-9.00pm
