Coffee is of various types and its many secrets, from Arabic coffee to American Turkish and Espresso and Latte, through cold coffee types. People talk about the quality of the coffee in one place without another without realizing that the secret and difference lies in the coffee we use in Castelo and that there are hundreds of kinds of coffee and mixtures used. Coffee used in coffee can be divided into two main types: Arabica and Robusta. We are in Castello to use only Arabica coffee 100% 70% of the world coffee production is from Arabica, while 30% is from Robusta, which is cultivated in the high mountains.
