In November 2014, Montag was established as a professional coffee shop and roasting house in Kadıköy. According to Montag's roasting philosophy, the main purpose of the roasters is to achieve göre taste clarity Mon, which allows the cores to be reflected in the coffee drink of their gastronomic characteristics. In the case of high-quality nuclei, clean, bright, aromatic and sweet coffee is obtained with this approach. It is the product of good coffee cooperation. As Montag, we believe that our most important task is to contribute to this cooperation which should be formed between farmers, green core traders, roasters, barists, investors, operators and consumers. We believe that qualified coffee will only grow and expand in this way.
