Anyone who lives in and around Mühlhausen knows SWING. A mixture of iconic, creative cuisine and tradition is rare, usually one excludes the other. We have been hosting our guests for over 20 years with the aim of giving them a good time here. Culinary, atmospheric, human. So much is possible in SWING: fun. Pleasure. Negotiation. Consciousness.
