In 1999, we opened the Al Garamond restaurant with the desire to bring to life moments of conviviality in an intimate and welcoming atmosphere. Ringing our bell, entering the restaurant and getting immersed in a culinary experience using hospitality as art are all parts of our philosophy. There is a constant work in Al Garamond to search for raw materials and use them to interpret our food in a modern way by following the local traditions. All of this can befound in Via Giuseppe Pomba 14 in Turin, in a typical building from the '800 used as a stable for the Regiment of Dragoons of Piedmont, a few steps from the Mole Antonelliana. Al Garamond, a place of history and memories, like the Napoleon's Lieutenant of Dragons, whose name is proudly given to the restaurant.
