«Ziyafet steak house» is a new concept restaurant in Almaty. Direction and cuisine specialization are carefully selected Latin American and American dishes. Ziyafet team has over 20 years experience in the hotel and restaurant industry, in the areas of food and beverage. The unique key ingredient is dry aged meat, beef extracts, dry or mature. European chefs Gem Tunali and Mustafa Yildirim can take pride of having different culinary awards, arrange a show for the guests in preparing their special dishes which do not have analogues in the world. «ASADO», «KADAYIF», «TANDIR» and skewers in cheese sauce are delicious meat dishes, preparing for stakes of the best meat. All products are made only from selected, past 28-day maturation in special coolers, bovine meat. As the world's gourmet experience, the bull meat is the most tender and delicate, ideal for steaks, much higher quality than the cow beef.
