This is a typical European restaurant, but a little unusual for a spacious capital - a small but very cozy space filled with warm tones: brickwork on the walls, cozy tartan blankets on the armchairs, oak kitchen facades, flowers in pots ... Guests are offered homemade food here - try the fragrant soup of stewed beef brisket with spinach and sorrel; hand-made Italian flour pasta with various sauces; lamb stewed in the oven with vegetables ... Or you can choose one of the dishes cooked in the Spanish cast-iron oven "Josper" - aromatic and juicy beef steaks, lamb loin, horse meat steak, Mediterranean sea bass. Everything is cooked on birch charcoal, at a temperature of 400 degrees, which allows you to make the dish as juicy as possible. At the end of the dinner, indulge yourself with a homemade Napoleon cake or with a thistle with berries and a Mascarpone cheese mousse from our pastry chefs.
