We first oppened to public on April 24th of 2009, but the first brews started in 2001.Praxis´s came up with an idea of giving back to the city an old tradition of Brewing, taking advantage of the amazing properties of Coimbra´s Water.The Bremaster carefully selects all the ingredients (malts and Hops) in order to have a 100% Natural Brewing Process with a lot of Time to Make it.
