The cowberry bakery on Maroseyka is a democratic alternative to coffee shops and business lunches. The format of the institution is a European-style democratic cooking where you can have a full meal during the day or take a meal to go. The main idea of the institution is the minimum mark-ups on high-quality food, the average check for a full meal is 400 rubles. Breakfast is offered daily until 12:00, which includes not only the classic morning dishes - oatmeal, muesli, scrambled eggs, buns and omelets, but also rather rare for Moscow Pashot or Benedict eggs. In the everyday assortment of a cafe, which is presented in an elegant snow-white showcase, there are simple and understandable dishes that can be combined with each other: salads, hot dishes, soups. A special pride is the “sweet part” of the stand, in which the eyes spread from the variety of desserts: multicolored macarons, eclairs, delicate cheesecakes, the original Millefeuille with strawberries, lush poppy cake, an abundance of tartlets with fresh berries are on the shelves. From the moment of the full-fledged opening in “Lingonberry”, a wine bar has been launched: for example, a carafe of homemade Italian wine will cost 300 rubles, and a glass of Chianti - 210 rubles. The menu in the cafe is constantly changing: the chef keeps a close eye on the assortment, and cleans dishes that are not “taken root”. “When we invented Lingonberry, we came to the conclusion that Moscow lacks pleasant places where you can eat quickly, tasty and inexpensively during the day,” say the creators of the cafe. - There is a pleasant atmosphere in coffee houses, but you can't have a tasty lunch, business lunch often offers too little choice of dishes, and in a fast-food cafe you just don’t want to go - cheap furniture and plastic dishes do not add to your mood. In Lingonberry we tried to harmoniously combine everything that is so lacking in city food: we want people to come to a beautiful place, get the maximum choice of dishes and excellent service and, at the same time, don’t pay crazy money for it. For example, a teapot of tea costs 85 rubles, and Limoncello costs 125 rubles. Lingonberry is a cooking bakery where you can have breakfast, dine and even celebrate your birthday. In the "Lingonberry" wide enough wine list, and in the evenings the cafe becomes an excellent place for a romantic dinner or meeting with friends. It is important that we do not smoke. " Despite the democratic prices, the creators of the institution decided not to save on the interior. For the supply of furniture, Italian company Pedrali was chosen - a favorite of the latest furniture exhibition in Milan. And in the center of the hall - an 11-meter showcase with various pastries, desserts, hot and cold dishes from the industry leader - the French group of companies Epta. Wooden benches and a cash zone - the product of one of the design bureau of Moscow. So the space of the cafe can be used for the exhibition of paintings, lectures or workshops. From the first day after opening, the place has already become popular with locals and people working nearby, so that later the creators are going to expand it to the network, without reducing the quality of products.
