In a series of even-numbered houses of the Furshtatskaya Street section from Chernyshevsky Prospect to Liteiny, house No. 24 stands out, built in the northern modern style. This is the mansion of V.S. Kochubey (1908-1910, architect RF Meltser). Victor Sergeevich Kochubey - a representative of the ancient family, the prince, Adjutant General of Emperor Nicholas II - held the high post of Superintendent of the royal family.    Now the interiors of the halls are fully restored - they are made in the style of an elegant St. Petersburg at the beginning of the 20th century and are equipped with the most modern equipment. In the mansion there is a restaurant "Khozyain-Barin", as well as regular banquet events are held.
