We are the brothers of the Taberna La Carmencita. We recovered the old Arguelles Restaurant, as this place was called, and we gave it the name of its former owners: Celso and Manolo. Come see our eight-meter marble bar from the fifties and order a vermouth and squash as if you were in Santander. We also have dumplings from Mostoles, pan-fried razor clams, rice with organic artichokes from Tudela and eggs from happy chickens prepared in ways you can't even imagine.
