BEEF meat & wine is a Meaty, Masculine, Multinational Restaurant. The restaurant was opened in 2010 and was twice recognized to be the «Best Ukrainian Meat Restaurant» by National SALT Restaurant Awards in 2014 and 2016. The restaurant also has the Wine Spectator award (one glass). Alberto Foyo, an architect of the restaurant, is a professor of architecture at the Columbia University (New York). Restaurant guests find BEEF’s design to be spacious, laconic and honest. The main speciality of the restaurant is meat. American marbled steaks from the Creekstone Farms Organic Farm in BEEF are cooked on a four-meter Parrilla grill and in a wood-burning stove. The restaurant is open every day from 9:00 until the last customer leaves. On the menu: breakfast with bottomless coffee on weekdays from 9:00 to 12:00 and from 9:00 to 16:00 on weekends; business lunch with a good selection of dishes from 12:00 to 16:00; dinners in a low-key atmosphere or large dinner parties.
