They source all their meats, poultry, fish and dairy products from local suppliers on a daily basis including fresh organic fruit and vegetables making their unique chalkboard menu constantly exciting and new The kitchen staff under head chef Michael Griffin [Tiffin] ensure everything is home made on the premises from sauces to deserts providing a unique dining experience for Cork. Tiffin has previously worked in such far reaching places as New Zealand, Canada and Scotland before returning home and working in Kinsale for four years prior to joining the Annies’ Team. The staff in Annies are welcoming and friendly whether you are a regular customer or a first timer. Cathal Lynch the Manager has returned to Cork after 13 years in London and describes Annies as a rare gem in a mature and historic part of Cork City. Annies offers an extensive selection of wines picked by their own qualified Sommelier Bruno Bistoquet. The menu changes for lunch and dinner daily ensuring a fresh and varied dining experience whenever you join us. Keep a watchful eye out for Annies theme nights which in the past have included a Moroccan and Italian night.
