Discover the different textures, enjoy the explosions of flavour and the marvel at the aesthetic appeal of the dishes. The Tasting menu has a choice of 4 to 6 courses. The dinner menu always has the classics such as the fried Dover sole, Tournedos or the Carpaccio with duck liver in addition to the more pronounced dishes. In addition to a 2-course tasting menu, the lunch menu also has various sandwiches, salads, soups and hot dishes. Each dish has surprising combinations from a selection of the best organic and sustainable ingredients. You will be surprised by all the new textures and tastes.
