The executive Chef Clément Le Norcy was trained and learned from Michelin Star-Head Chefs: with François Adamski, best French Artisan 2007 and Bocuse d’Or, during 4 years, and 2 Michelin Star Chef Michel Portos in Gironde, Chef of the year by Gault and Millau guide. He also worked with Arnaud Faye for the Auberge du jeu de Paume Restaurant’s opening (2 Michelin Stars). Warm welcome, satisfaction and pleasure are key words to the Chef and his team. In the kitchen, he shares with his brigade the love of quality products. He works with seasonal, regional and organic products to offer you charming dishes.
