SKOL is a concept where the kitchen open to the guests, a modern and warm-hearted decor by Marc Hobscheit. It is possible to choose between the « Comptoir du Skol » or the « Table du Skol » with a card worked out by his chef Alain Seret. The card is renewed daily with a large choice; the accent is put on high quality seasonal products. Before or after dinner, at the « Comptoir du Skol », you may taste a glass of champagne or one of the cocktails of the card. The wine bar offers you a choice of great vintages in a glass. Draft beers Battin and Bofferding are available. The « Skol-hotel» invites you to have breakfast from 7 a.m. and gives you the opportunity to organize your business meetings in the morning as well as after midday for tea-time.
