At Restaurant MOER, we only use carefully selected organic ingredients. We choose local whenever we can, because we think peas shouldn’t have to fly thousands of miles, watching bad in-flight movies, just to jump into your soup. Our chefs personally select farmers in the surroundings of Amsterdam and we keep adjusting our dishes until they’re perfect & full of surprising elements for MOER’s menu. At MOER, you choose whether you’d like to have 4, 5 or 6 courses, and we’ll take care of the rest. Just let us know if you have any allergies. Not such a dare-devil? We also offer á la carte dishes.
