It was September 2015 when Rolando and Maria Lia decided to open the doors of a gastronomic proposal with their own name: "Trattoria di Romalía". This proposal has an important Italian content as a consequence of the experience acquired by Rolando over more than 8 years alongside a tano de ley that leaves nothing to chance when making pasta, from the selection of the semolina, thickness and width of cut of the pasta until the sauces that accompany them. From our kitchen we can highlight firstly both homemade pasta and dry pasta made in the best Italian style, as well as the wide variety of sauces prepared by a staff who knows what they are doing. Among our recipes we can highlight: "The Pacchery with Ragu a la Genovese", "The salmon ravioli or prawns with Amalfi sauce", "Gnocchi Gratin", "Spaguettis with Fruti di Mare" among other delicacies frequently chosen by our customers. .. All the dishes served in a warm atmosphere and with good attention make lunch or dinner a unique and pleasant experience.
