Casa Maroto is a place of historical value, which was built in 1920 by Rafael Maroto Hurtado, who gave it its Italian architectural style. During the 1960s, the house was donated to the Chilean Red Cross, an organization that managed it until 2006, when it was sold to private investors. Just in October 2013, it started working again, hosting the Santiago Jazz Club and our Italian restaurant La Fabbrica, kicking off the concept that today we call PASTA, PIZZA & JAZZ!
