- The President of TCT group, Mr. Tan traveled to Italy several times and he enjoyed traditional Italian food. - He soon realized that the original taste of local dishes was completely different from the Italian food he tried in Vietnam. In order to match the taste and eating habbits of Vietnamese people, many Italian restaurants in the country have modified the original flavors to satisfy local taste. - Mr. Tan and Mr. Paolo have talked about bringing the true Italian food to Vietnam and so "the seed" was planted. - From that seed it has grown up beautifully called Mamma Mia. Mamma Mia wants to be a reference in Hanoi, and in Vietnam, for Italian food lovers.
