STRUCTURE: The restaurant I Sofa Bar & Roof Terrace Restaurant is located inside the Hotel Indigo Rome - St. George, 5 star luxury boutique hotel in the central and picturesque Via Giulia. During the summer season and weather permitting, restaurant moves up to the Roof Terrace. DINING - Our first courses are distinguished by our use of Gragnano Pasta, a protected geographical indication (PGI) product made from 100% Italian durum wheat semolina. GREAT HOME - The environment has a quiet and relaxed , thanks to an always very friendly and helpful staff .
