Bleu's cutting-edge decor is inspired by Casablanca’s coastline and the ocean. From waves to nautilus shells, the focus is on curves, creating a soft, relaxing ambiance. The white marble floor, wood columns and brown-leather banquettes create an elegant, contemporary flair – unique in Casablanca. The interior offers wave-like, floor-to-ceiling windows, while the outdoor terraces feature a transparent glass railing and delicate white zelliges. A custom-made grill in the centre of the restaurant exposes Executive Chef Christophe Laplaza and his team in action, while a raw bar features fresh catch of the day. On the terrace, the focal point is a unique firepit surrounded by comfortable seating. Ideal for corporate events and personal celebrations for up to 12 guests, the private indoor dining room has a unique cocoon shape and opens to its own private terrace with stunning views of the ocean.
